Upon receiving information from a probe the Sees360 system will gather as much information about the app the data is attributed to. This will include:

• Icon
• Description
• Category
• Content Rating
• Number of reviews
• Approximate downloads

System apps

Sees360 will also record information about system apps (laucher apps etc.) however as there is limited information that can be gathered a placeholder icon is used and the app is specifically flagged as “system” app via a boolean.

Unknown apps

There will apps that are not classified as a system app but the Sees360 application will not be able to gather publically available metadata for. This is very common for apps that are either in development or using package suffixes (com.example.app.debug etc.). These apps will correctly not be flagged as system however will display a placeholder icon.
